Beijing Full Three Dimension Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (the former Beijing Full Three Dimension Power Engineering Co., Ltd.). Founded in 1995, inosculates as a whole one of Industry , University and Research high technology enterprises, jointly sponsored by Chinese Academy of Sciences, the former Ministry of Machinery-Building Industry and the Ministry of Electric Power Industry.

      On the basis of scientific research results in turbo machinery aero-dynamics and thermodynamics achieved by the Engineering Thermo-physics Research Institute under Chinese Academy  of Sciences, in cooperation with other founding shareholders including scientific research institutes and manufacturing enterprises such as Harbin University of Technology, Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Harbin Turbine Co., Ltd., Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd., Shanghai Turbine Co., Ltd. And Beijing Beizhong Steam Turbine Generator Co., Ltd.  Beijing Full Three Dimension Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (BF3D) has gone through the exploration on the combination of industry, academia and research for over 20 years, developed the full three dimensional design technology of steam turbine with independent intellectual property rights and contemporary advanced level and successfully realized industrialization and marketization.
