China's first Soviet-made 210MW steam turbine full back calender shaft heating renovation project officially started

      On December 23, 2017, a key project undertaken by Beijing All 3D, Huadian Group Northeast Power Plant's first domestically-made Soviet-made 215MW steam turbine full-back-pressure smooth-shaft heating retrofit unit was started up and connected to the grid to generate heat. The parameters and indicators of the unit are good after start-up. At present, the unit's stable operation load reaches 143MW, the heat supply and exhaust steam volume is about 460t / h (calculated based on the hydrophobic flow rate), and the heat supply and exhaust steam pressure reaches the design value of 0.16MPa. 6740t / h, the inlet is about 58 ℃, and the outlet reaches 99 ℃. The environmental protection emissions of the unit have reached the standards, and nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, and soot emissions are qualified. The further promotion and application of this technology has a wide range of values, that is, it is in line with the new rules for improving efficiency and reducing consumption of thermal power units of the National Energy Administration. It also meets the new environmental protection requirements of old machine retrofitting.

The successful development and design of this project marks the maturity of domestic 200MW, Soviet-made 215MW and 300MW heating retrofit technologies (215MW low-pressure rotors equivalent to 300MW low-pressure rotors), and it also proves that Beijing All 3D has a shortage of unit data and tight engineering cycles In addition, the ability of on-site surveying and mapping is accurate, the design scheme is reliable, and the engineering organization efficiently completes major projects of the power generation group.
